The Green Walnut Peeling & Washing Machine is a new-generation dehusking equipment designed specifically for fresh green walnuts. Constructed with a sturdy frame and equipped with brush rollers and rotary cutting blades, this machine features a unique semi-circular short-brush structure that ensures gentle processing, low kernel breakage, and excellent cleaning results.

How It Works:

The new-generation green walnut dehusking machine operates on a free-rotating cutting and peeling principle. Walnuts are fed into the rotary cutting blade zone, where high-speed rotating blades slice through the green husks. As the walnuts tumble and rotate freely, all sides of each nut are evenly exposed to the cutting action.

Walnuts that have been fully dehusked are smaller in diameter and thus escape further cutting; they are continuously carried out of the cutting zone. Any remaining green husk residue is then removed by wire brush rollers, and the clean walnuts are discharged into a collection container. Meanwhile, fresh walnuts are continuously fed into the machine, creating a steady flow of input and output.

The distance between the grid and the rotary cutting blades can be automatically adjusted. Additionally, manual adjustments can be made by adding or removing spacers to accommodate different walnut sizes and husk thicknesses in various growing regions — effectively minimizing kernel breakage while maximizing the dehusking rate.
