The Air-Screen Peanut Pre-Cleaning & Shelling Machine is specifically designed for efficient cleaning and shelling of peanuts. Equipped with an integrated air-separation system, this machine uses airflow to remove light impurities such as husks, leaves, and dust, while a vibrating screen effectively separates stones, mud clods, and other heavy debris. The high-performance shelling rotor then cracks the shells with minimal kernel breakage, delivering clean, uniformly shelled peanuts with excellent processing efficiency.
