6BHZF-4500-Type-Peanut-Air-Cleaning-Sheller

The Model 6BHZF-4500 is a combined pre-cleaning and shelling machine specifically designed for peanuts. Equipped with an integrated pneumatic conveying system, this unit efficiently removes impurities such as stones, mud clods, and light debris before the shelling process. The machine features a sturdy frame, a pre-cleaning sieve assembly, and a high-performance shelling rotor, delivering clean, uniformly shelled peanut kernels with minimal breakage.

The Model 6BHZF-4500 integrates pre-cleaning and shelling in a single continuous operation. Peanuts are first fed into the pre-cleaning section, where a vibrating sieve removes large impurities including stones, mud clods, and plant residues. Simultaneously, the pneumatic conveying system uses airflow to separate light materials such as husks, leaves, and dust, ensuring that only clean peanuts enter the shelling chamber.

Once pre-cleaned, the peanuts are conveyed into the shelling rotor zone, where the rotating rotor strikes them against the concave grid, cracking the shells without damaging the kernels. The shelled mixture then passes through an air-separation system, where airflow blows away the lightweight shells, while the clean peanut kernels are discharged through the outlet. The entire process is continuous, efficient, and designed for high-capacity processing.
